Every feature

The whole thing,
grouped by who gets it.

Most of pokerOS is the same whichever kind of club you run. Some of it is not, because the law is not. So it is in three groups: what every club gets, what only a private club can have, and what a Spillemyndigheden-registered club gets on top.

Group 01

Every club

Tournament night, the money, the calendar and the people. This is the bulk of it, and none of it depends on which kind of club you are.

Run the Floor
From the Seat Chart.

One click seats everyone. From then on the seat chart is the control surface: bust, rebuy or move a player straight from their seat, and let the app work out the balancing moves for you.

  • 🎲
    Random seat draw
Assigns every registered player to a seat in one click
  • 🎯
Bust, rebuy or move from the seat
Tap a seat and the actions are right there. Nothing is optimistic: the chart only changes once the write lands, and an undo puts a busted player back in the tournament, in their old seat if it is still free.
  • ⌨️
    Table-seat quick entry
The dealer calls out "7-2" and you type exactly that. The name resolves as you type, so you confirm the right player before anything is recorded.
  • ⚖️
    Balancing suggestions, not homework
When seat counts drift apart, a banner proposes the exact moves: player, from seat, to seat. Apply them, re-roll for a different player, or break a table and let the app lay out where everyone goes.
  • 📱
    Floor control from your pocket
The seating panel lives on the tournament page, sized for a phone. Two admins on two devices are looking at the same seats.

Zero Spreadsheets.
Zero Arguments.

The math is done. Prize pool, rake, bounties, and ICM splits — all calculated automatically.

  • 🎯

Buy-in to payout

One tap, everything follows.

Three moments decide a poker night: a player buys in, the tournament ends, the winners get paid. Each one is a single action here — and the prize pool, the ledger, the leaderboard and every screen in the room keep up on their own.

  1. 01
    A player buys in
The seat, the money and the math land together.
    • Prize pool grows
+500 DKK → 6,500 DKK, live on every screen
    • Payout structure scales
12 players → pays top 3, auto-adjusted from the structure
    • Seat reserved, confirmation shown
The player sees "You’re in!" with the event details
    • Ledger appended
An append-only row, written once, never edited or deleted
    In a private club

Cash at the door. The host records the buy-in in one tap and everything above follows from there.

    In a regulated club

The player pays by card from their phone, 3DS-approved with the bank, and the compliance ledger is written as the charge lands.

  2. 02
    You finalize the event
One tap turns the night into the record.
    • Player statistics recalculated
ROI, ITM%, win rate, best and worst finish, all derived from the new result
    • Prizes assigned per position
Amounts locked in per finishing place. Handing the money over is its own step, and until it happens the ledger says who is owed what.
    • Leaderboard updated
Net, spent, won and ROI refresh for every affected player
    • Ranklist points attributed
Every active rank list, season and all-time, gets its points written
    • Results posted
Top 3 in your club’s Discord, and an email to the members who asked for one
  3. 03
    You pay the winners
One winner at a time, each with its own confirmation.
    • Paid one by one
Each winner is its own action with its own confirmation. Nothing is settled until you say so.
    • Who is still owed, in view
The panel keeps showing the places that have not been paid, so nobody is forgotten at the end of a long night
    • Every payout logged
An append-only row per payout, ready for audit
    In a private club

Cash across the table. The ledger still holds the locked prize per position, so the record of who was owed what is identical.

    In a regulated club

The money goes back to the same card the player bought in with. No bank details to chase, no IBANs to validate, no Friday-night transfers.

The moment any of it is recorded, every screen in the room has it

A New Tournament in
Four Clicks.

Build a library of your club's tournament formats, blind structures, and payout rules. New events are assembled from the library — four clicks and everything is in place. Capacity is enforced server-side so signups never sneak past the limit; when an event is full, players join a waitlist queue and the next person automatically receives an email offer with a deadline to claim their spot. A sitewide banner prompts them when they next open the site.

  • 01
    Pick a format
Choose from your saved formats: game type (Hold'em, PLO), bounty toggle, chip stack sizes. Or define a new one from scratch.
  • 02

  • 03
    Attach a blind structure
Pick from your saved blind schedules — levels, antes, break slots, and duration all pre-configured.
  • 04

The calendar

Set the season once,
it fills itself in.

Most clubs play the same night every week. Put that pattern on a schedule and the events appear on their own — far enough ahead that members can plan, close enough that the calendar is not stuffed with placeholders.

  • Weekly, fortnightly, or by weekday
Every Thursday, every second Tuesday, or the first — or last — Thursday of the month. Pick the pattern the club already plays.
  • A rolling creation window
New events are created a set number of days ahead, so there is always something to sign up for without the calendar stretching into next year.
  • Skip a single date
Easter, a bank holiday, the week the venue is booked. Skip that one occurrence and the rest of the schedule carries on untouched.
  • Pause and resume
A summer break costs one click instead of a cleared calendar. Resume and the pattern picks up where it left off.
  • Every event inherits the setup
Format, blind structure and payout structure come from the schedule, so a scheduled night arrives configured exactly like one you built by hand.
  • See it before it exists
The schedule lists the occurrences still to come — created, planned, or skipped — so you can check the season before anyone signs up to it.

What runs the same either way

Every Club, Either Type

Settings, not tiers
  • Open signup or invite codes: a switch in your club settings, not a club type. Turn it on and anyone can join without a code.
  • Your own Discord: paste the invite link yourself and it shows up in the app straight away. Say the word and we connect the channel, so new events, RSVPs and finalized results post themselves to it and members can sign in with Discord.
  • The interface in English and Danish, and each member picks the one they read in.
  • Light or dark, chosen on each device or left to follow the phone.

Private clubs and regulated clubs run on the same platform, with no separate plans or pricing tiers.

Group 02

Private clubs

What a members-only club gets that a regulated one cannot have: cash on the table, and a night that answers to the club rather than to Pokerloven.

Session settlement
Thursday cash · 5/10 NLHE

Astrid V. +1,450 DKK
Finn L. +620 DKK
Laust H. −310 DKK
Tove H. −880 DKK
Malou S. −1,080 DKK
House take 200 DKK

Player money and the house take add up to the cash that went on the table. A night that does not balance says so.

Sessions Felt tables House take Waitlist per game Cash leaderboard
Cash games

The cash night runs on
the same ledger.

Not a second system bolted on beside the tournaments. Open a session, seat the felt tables, record the money as it moves, and close the night on a settlement that balances.

Private clubs only

Cash games are a private-club feature. Every krone in a regulated club has to move through the licensed payment flow, which cash on the table cannot, so the cash-game admin area is hidden there.

  • Sessions you open and close
Open the night, seat players at the felt tables, close it when the last hand is done. A closed session can be reopened if something needs correcting.
  • Buy-ins, top-ups and cash-outs
Recorded per player as the night runs, cash-outs can be undone, and the house take stays separate from player money.
  • Settlement at close
One summary says who finished up, who finished down, and what the house kept. No counting backwards from a napkin.
  • Your games and stakes
Save the games you actually deal with their stakes, then pick one when you open a table. Each game keeps its own waitlist.
  • Cash leaderboard and profile stats
Cash results roll into their own leaderboard and onto player profiles, and any player can opt out of appearing in cash stats.

Regulated clubs

What a Spillemyndigheden-registered club gets on top: money that moves through a licensed flow, identity checked before the first paid seat, and a report the regulator can read.
